  We selected Crazy Bob's for our daughter's wedding and were very happy with the delicious food they prepared.  We chose the brisket and chicken as the main dishes.  The brisket was fabulous and very tender, but the chicken was overcooked due to the person who cooks their chicken quitting shortly before our event.  They had to get a substitute cook in to cook the chicken and that person was not completely sure on how to prepare the chicken.  I contacted Lori after the event and she fully apologized for the chicken being overcooked and refunded us the money for the entire chicken entrée.
  
  Because she handled the situation that way and the rest of the food was delicious we will definitely use them again for a large event.

  Very disappointed. We have been to two other weddings where Crazy Bob's catered with no problems. We expected excellent service, professionalism, and great food. We received the wrong food, less than half of the promised staff (who arrived hours late), and okay food. The staff arrived less than 10 minutes before mealtime, and we were promised arrival of food hardware over 7 hours before mealtime. We were also promised a decorated head table. Staff did not even bring table cloths. Staff then commented on how "sad" our head table looked. We were promised staff available to serve the meat to guests (to ensure proper proportions). This did not happen, and as a result, we ran out of one of the meats and potatoes and all the children's food. I do not recommend this company unless they can promise you that you are the ONLY wedding that day, as they have proven they are unable to manage multiple weddings. I do not like to complain, but I should not have to call the owner less than five minutes before walking down the aisle to attempt to find out whether my food is going to show up.
